Full refund within 7 days

If you haven't used any credits from your bundle or top-up, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Failed requests

Any request that fails (image, audio, video…) has its credits returned to your account automatically and instantly, without asking.

After using credits

These are digital products delivered instantly, so a purchase can't be refunded once some of its credits have been used, unless the problem is on our side (for example a service fault that stopped you using what you paid for).

How to ask

Email contact@aversestudio.com with your purchase date and payment reference. We reply within 24 working hours and settle the request within 3 working days.

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the same payment method: mada cards usually within 1 to 3 working days, credit cards within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank.
